What is your turnaround time for delivering the final edited photos and video?

For weddings, my typical turnaround time for delivering the final edited photos is approximately 6 - 8 weeks and films will be approximately 10-15 weeks. Portrait and engagement sessions will be approximately 2 weeks. Should you have any specific time constraints or special requests, feel free to let me know, and I will do my best to accommodate them.


Can we customize a package to fit our specific needs?


Absolutely! I understand that each couple has unique preferences and requirements for their wedding. That's why I offer the flexibility to customize packages to suit your specific needs. Whether you'd like to add additional hours of coverage, include an engagement session, or have specific print or album options, I'm here to work with you and create a package that aligns perfectly with your vision. Are there any travel fees associated with shooting our wedding at a destination outside your local area?

I only charge for travel if the round trip exceeds 100 miles from Irvine, CA. Travel fees cover costs such as transportation, accommodation, and any other necessary expenses related to capturing your special day at the destination of your choice. However, rest assured that I strive to keep these fees as reasonable and transparent as possible. When discussing your specific wedding details and location, I'll provide you with a clear breakdown of any applicable travel fees upfront, ensuring transparency and open communication throughout the process.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

I understand that unexpected changes can happen, and I want to be as accommodating as possible. If you need to cancel or reschedule your wedding or session, please let me know as soon as you can. While any payments made up to that point may be non-refundable, I'm more than happy to work with you to find an alternative date that works for both of us, based on availability. Your satisfaction and peace of mind are important to me, so let's have a conversation about your specific situation, and we'll navigate through it together.
